Hermosa Beach Pier family photographer

I absolutely love photo sessions on the beach; the beautiful light, the open space, the pier backdrops…you get it! This family has done all of their sessions for the last 4 years right here in Hermosa Beach at our beautiful Hermosa Beach Pier. I have been a photographer in the South Bay area of Los Angeles for 10 years, and I wonder how many sessions I have had with this backdrop, maybe a couple hundred, at least! Some of my favorites: This one that included the extended family, and then the day the wind was so crazy, we had to postpone the 2nd half of the session, and one of my favorites with a beautiful pink sunset. I love being a Hermosa Beach Pier family photographer. And I love taking photos at the Hermosa Beach Pier.

The other important thing to remember is that family photo sessions don’t have to be scheduled for holidays… you can book your family photo session anytime during the year! You can book during the spring and take advantage of the beautiful flower blooms – the rains in the winter usually bring a lot of green and freshness to our area. The summer is another great time, when the sunset happens later in the day. Your wardrobe can reflect the easy going time of summer, too. We can walk up and down the beach and run in and out of the waves. There really isn’t a bad time to take photos, that is for certain.
